  1. If this browser has no install option, copy the Kalinga link below and open it in a regular Chrome or Edge window.
  2. In Chrome, choose the three-dot menu → Cast, save, and share → Install page as app. In Edge, find Apps → Install this site as an app.
  3. You can also keep this page bookmarked and use Kalinga in this browser.

You can keep using Kalinga in your current browser. Installation is optional; prepare offline work in the browser or installed app you will use. Guest and private windows may clear saved work when closed.

After installing: prepare for offline teaching

After installing, open Kalinga from its new icon. Sign in and wait for “Ready for offline teaching” in the sidebar or your account menu. Save your lessons and download each PDF you need.

Installation and offline preparation are separate. Gabay AI, teacher discussions, and new uploads still need internet.
